Pre-order and made-to-order products are customised specifically for your vehicle and are manufactured only after your order is placed. Because of this, pre-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed.
Under UK consumer law, customised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and refund rights, as they are produced to individual specifications and cannot be resold.

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and the terms set out below.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the product remains unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Products that have been used, installed, or where installation has been attempted are not eligible for a full refund. At our discretion, a partial refund may be offered following inspection and assessment of the product’s condition.
A product shall not be deemed faulty due to incorrect installation, lack of technical knowledge, or compatibility misunderstanding. A product will only be classified as faulty where:
Customised, pre-order, or made-to-order products are excluded from cancellation and standard refund rights once production has commenced, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
All returns require prior authorisation. Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
