Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
We don't accept return on used or attempted to be installed products.
Your item must have all the original accessories, manuals, and warranty information.
Customized or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@pluscenter.co.uk to request a return authorization. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
After receiving authorization, securely pack the item along with all its original components and documentation.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
3. Inspection and Refund:
You will need to provide a proof that the stereo is faulty by video or pictures of wiring harness connected to the car with all the parts with it and car started or ignition on to accept unit back as faulty. If you decide to send the unit back, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria (We will inspect the item and if it’s not faulty we will send it back to you.) If the return is approved, we will process a refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds will cover the cost of the product, excluding any shipping charges.
4. Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
5. Warranty Claims:
If your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty information included with your product. We will assist you in the warranty claim process if required.
6. Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or show signs of wear and tear.
We cannot accept returns or cancel orders on customized/personalized products following the United Kingdom law for returns.

Pre-order and made-to-order products are customised specifically for your vehicle. Production and testing typically take 2–3 weeks, and once the unit is ready, it is shipped with free next working day delivery.
Can I cancel or return a made-to-order product?
No — made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. This is because they are customised to your specifications. Under UK law, customised products are exempt from standard refund rights.
